Just got my M500 and started to charge it, how long should I keep it on charge for?

Spoke to orange on this and they said new gen batteries do not need the 16 hour charge that the old ones required :) but she couldn't find any advice on the m500 so she suggested 16 hrs anyway :??:

I am gonna leave me on for the whole of tonight now anyway. Been messing around with it for a bit though. I love it.

Ye, I did that. When I got it, it was nearly full, so i charged it till full. Then left it on all night.

When I had my SPV Classic, the first one i had i didnt charge for 16 hours because it was already charged, and battery life was good. Then the second one I charge for 16 hours and the battery life was C-R-A-P!

Around four hours should be ok, it all depends on how long the battery has been sitting on the shelf as such before being sold.

It is good to give the battery a decent twelve hour charge once in a while.
