Startup problems smartphone

Hi,

I have a serious problem with my SPV Qtek 8020 Windows 2003 smartphone. After having installed some application (I believe it was QuickReset, then I tried to run it), the phone will not start / reboot.

When powered on, it only displays the primary Qtek manufacturers screen, then moves to the windows mobile startup screen, then cycles back. In other words, phone can not power on. I tried everything (remove SD card, remove battery, remove SIM card, re-insert)...

Is there somewhere I can skip all programs from loading on startup? Or is a hard reset required?

If a hard reset is required, how exactly do I perform this action on the phone?

Any help appreciated, thanks a lot in advance

Sounds like it's a hard reset time.

Yes I guess it was Cold Boot Time!

It's a bitch setting up everything once again and reinstalling all my apps, so I can only recommend never to use the QuickReset utility. I know I won't.
