how to send image, ringtones etch to O2 Xphone?

hi there.. im newbie here

i've buy 2nd hand o2 xphone from my friend

the problem is i cant sync this phone with infrared cable (usb to IRDA dongle)

i've try to connect it by follow the manual. but still cant..

I CANT MAKE partnership with this phone n PC

something like SN number appear in that partnership box (not like in manual)

i only got this xphone n charger..

so my IRDA cable is use to sync with PC

i've install microsoft active sync but still no luck (also appear no partnership in this software)

i use winXp with SP2

any alternative software to synchronize the smartphone with PC?
