Lost my docked taskbar

I recently bought an audiovox smt5600. Great phone. anyhow, i was messing around with it and found the taskmanager. I saw that a bunch of the apps i used didn't close so i closed all the apps. when i returned to the home screen i found i must have closed the program for the docked taskbar.

Any way I can get it back on there?

Just reboot the phone. Task Manager only ends the current processes

and rebooting will restart them.
