Audiovox SMT5600 vs. Orange SPV C500

I was wondering if there are any differences at all between the US Audiovox SMT5600 to the UK Orange SPV C500?

None apart from the ROM image and what applications the networks decide to include with the phone.

And, of course the fact that the SMT5600 is 850/1800/1900 whereas the C500 is 900/1800/1900.

The C500 comes with Orange s/ware which is pretty useless if you're not using it on Orange but it does have the "Disconnect GPRS" option which the 5600 doesn't. No other real major differences that I know of.
