problem with videos recored with the c550

hello

i recorded some videos in the mp4-format. the problem is, on my pc i cant play them. which program do you use for it?

for me it doesnt work in windows media player (well its a windows-mobile-phone, so I think this should be compatible). i tried also vlc media player but there I have no sound. and finally in media player classc doesnt work anything.

So wich program do you use? What im doing wrong?

hi, and welcome to the site

you need quicktime to view the mp4 videos that the c550 makes, if you change the options to save them as mjpeg windows media will beable to play them

Also , when i playback the videos ive recorded, towards the end the sound is played before the video. So u can hear someone say hello, and theyre lips move 1 second later :?:
