what program do you use to watch .wmv files?

What program do you use to watch .wmv movie files? Windows Media doesen't want to play the file...play's it very slow.

I think PocketMVP and Betaplayer are the two most common players that will play .wmv files nicely. Maybe even DivX?

It's better to use divx (avi) movies as you can get better quality.

BetaPlayer was initially designed so that it would play this format.

Well my betaplayer cant play .wmv files. Only DIVX

That's why I suggested it's better to use divx as that it what betaplayer was designed to play.

I think best way to wiew wmv is beta player I still use 2002 in my phone because of the battery advantages and the media player is real bad. I wonder if the media player in 2003 is better?

It's best to play around with encoding rates to find the best settings.

I have seen wmv play very smoothly and the mpx200 plays better than other devices of that age ie the E200 due to increased memory cache.
