Guest Yanio Posted August 27, 2005 Report Posted August 27, 2005 Well, my phone stopped charging a while ago, after a quick phone call to o2 they advised i send it to Motorola. So i did, by special delivery. Three weeks and 13 phone calls later, they finally realise they haven't sent it back to me. Recieved it today with a little note saying they couldn't fix it due to "liquid contamination". A quick visit to the o2 shop, and i find out i haven't re-newed my insurance! D'oh! Left with two choices, fork out for a sim free phone, or get a new contract for the free phone. Soo, might be a good idea for people with the Mpx220 to make sure they have insurance. Hope no-one has the same misfortune as me! Iain
