HOWTO get internet and wifi connection qtek2020i

why i cant connect to internet and synchronize with my qtek 2020i from wifi?

i do everything ok but when i try to surf with qtek2020i i get this message

unable to connect. Yoy have no modem entries created and no network card present.

Why?

Read up on how to configure wifi. You'll need to know about the encryption it uses etc. Do a google for "set up wifi", there should be something there. Make sure that the WiFi connection is showing up as "connected" on the phone; this is the first step to getting it working. The problem you are seeing could be caused by any number of things.
