Voice Mail Alert Popup wm2003

I was just wondering if there is any way to enable some kinda popup when you get a new voice mail. My phone just beeps at me, and then has the little voice mail symbol in the upper left corner of the screen. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I've not seen anything like that but normally you get a missed call screen come up before you get a voicemail icon.
