shortcut menu deleted

Hello,

I have a smartphone SPV C500, and I deleted mistakenly a folder in Storage/Application Data - I have three folders now (Home-Sounds-Volatile) - Result : the shorcut menu doesn't appear anymore. Does someone experienced the same problem ?

Looks like you deleted the Profiles folder, though I'm not sure why that caused your problem.

TBH I'm not sure what you mean by 'shortcut menu' :?:

What I would definitely do now though is hard reset. Instructions are pinned at the top of this section in Squall's Quick Links topic.

Make sure you've synced your Contacts etc first.
