JAM Outlook Activesync New Mail

Hi All

I thought that when outlook activesync-ed with the Jam and there was new mail delivered to the device that there was supposed to be a notification sound from the Jam?!?

Is this correct because my Jam is silent when I get new mail delivered via activesync. And Ive checked the notification setting which are all AOK as far as I know.

New mail via a pop server is all good.
