How to get rid of useless windows programs

When I have installed new application manager and saw all the system programs running I dont know what are they exactly for but I dont have so many on my PC, so I would like to quit them and free up some RAM. Could somebody tell me what each programm do, which is useless and how can I erase it from registry?Thanks

The short answer is that you can't.

Files inside the \Windows directory are rewritten on restart.

Messing around with the registry for this purpose will leave the phone unstable and you will end up hard resetting.
