Spv e200 in Chinese

Hello

I have a SPV e200 from Orange france.

Since I live in China, I can use it as a phone but i cannot write and read Chinese on it.

I would like to know if there is a way to get a Chinese rom on my phone. I've heard about Dopod but I was unable to find the rom on their website.
