Greetings,

I got few issues with my c550 first of all my photo messaging does not work after various sim updates manual steps etc.... GPRS works fine

Also dtmf tones do not work I have spoke numerous times to customer care at orange and they have logged a call but not getting any joy from them (POOR Customer Service)

They cannot exchange the handset to a fault number has been allocated.

I know how to fix this phone all i need is the original flash rom and this will resolve it im sure does anyone know where I can source this file....

What ROM are you using? AFAIK there is only the one ROM for the C550

Just using the factory shipped one I am only after the original rom

Just do a hard reset, that is the only ROM available and a hard reset will reset everythinhg to factory defaults.

Done all that looks like im going to have to wait for a fault code !!

It will come it takes 5 - 10 days
