C500 After rom update

Hi since I updated my rom on the C500 I have been told that some of my calls are distorted. I have two phone lines on my phone and it seems to happen when I swap over to my line 2 on a night as I have off peak 2000. The only way I can make the call clear is to reboot the phone. The problem then is I have to swap lines in the morning and reboot again otherwise any calls I make are distorted again.

I hope someone understands what I am trying to say here and can help me please.

How are you using two lines with different plans? Do you have to swap SIMs? Or are you using some kind of SIM adaptor?
