TomTom Wireless GPS MKII and C500

Hey!

Just a quick question, I have a TomTom Wireless GPS MK2 receiver.

I have a problem where I cannot use it with other applications on my C500, sort of.

If i turn on the TomTom GPS and start the software (SmartHiker and CamerAware), the software can see the GPS device (doesn’t crash or anything) but the GPS Device does not search for satellites.

The only way i can get it to search and send to my SmartPhone is if i start the GPS, then the software on my SmartPhone, then start TomTom 5 on my PDA. The PDA does not see the device, but for some reason it then starts to work on my phone.

Does that make sense?

If so does anyone know a way to make this work without the aid of my PDA?
