Advance Car Profile

I saw a much better car mode/profile on my cousin phone (I forgot the brand), basicly it will tell you the caller number from incoming number through the speaker and ask you whether you want to answer it or not (using voice command to confirm or reject the call) and automaticly will set the conversation using the speakerphone if you confirm ... basicly functioning like built in car phone with voice command :)

I'm wondering if such feature is possible for our phone maybe through software (we need to create the voice to express the number, etc) ? Or is it only possible by future rom update ?? or maybe just hardware (unlikely)

Although I have bluetooth headset, sometimes my ears get tired and some caller prefer we use speakerphone (clearer for them ??) ... if this profile is possible, that would be really really sweet ;) not to mention impressing everybody in your car hehe :(
