Help with handsfree headset!

Hi .I just got my handsfree stereo headset, and was surprised to see that there is no way that your phone will ring through the speaker when you have the headphones connected. I want to have the headphones connected but at the same time be able to hear any incoming calls from the phone's speaker. Any ideas?

I got the same problem,

any ideas really need the phone to ring to

so i don't need to sit with the plugs in my ears constantly.
