sync email to C550 and onto SD Card

Hi every1

Tried a few times but with some difficulty, is anyone able to sync their inbox to the phone, more importantly to the SD card. Have tried the tweaks program, but my mail not loading to phone and the outlook inbox on phone.

Ive heard that card can get corrupt, is there another way, looking to save space on phone, so sd card obvious solution.
