Using SMS over GPRS?

Well i have 2 sim cards currently, my asshole dad called and shut down my cingular for now, just a little begging and ill get it back :). So since he shut it down i got a t-mobile to go prepaid sim for my unlocked 5600. Anyway i here that it has free t-zones and gprs, and i here there is a way to get free sms if u use sms over gprs. I was wondering where the settings are located on the 5600 that allow you to change the settings to sms over gprs. Thanks a lot.
