Guest Paul [MVP] Posted September 1, 2005 Report Posted September 1, 2005 My games are from Lik-Sang too... P
Guest Dade Posted September 1, 2005 Report Posted September 1, 2005 My games are from Lik-Sang too... P Amazon are cheaper on some items, especially the UMD Movies.
Guest inspectorgadjet Posted September 1, 2005 Report Posted September 1, 2005 If you're buying games from a Japanese company, does that mean the PSP can play games from anywhere? Or do I need to work some magic to make it play multi-region games and UMD?
Guest nedge2k Posted September 1, 2005 Report Posted September 1, 2005 Im not sure with the UK PSP but the USA and JAP PSP's can play each others games. For now, the only region locking is for the UMD movies. I got a JAP PSP as they are region 2...same as UK :)
Guest Orionping Posted September 1, 2005 Report Posted September 1, 2005 (edited) The UMD's are region coded, but the games are region free. Just beware that Japanese games are well...... in japanese. I think lik-sang are the cheapest for games. The problem is that if you have a friend with a UK game and you have a US game you can't play wirelessly. Edited September 1, 2005 by Orionping
Guest Paul [MVP] Posted September 1, 2005 Report Posted September 1, 2005 Not all Japanese games are in Japanese, for example I have the Japanese Wipeout Pure, and it's completely English... P

Guest inspectorgadjet Posted September 2, 2005 Report Posted September 2, 2005 I've been checking out game prices too, and Lik-Sang seem to be good, but Amazon.co.uk are not bad either, they're selling games for around £25-£30, and if you convert Lik-Sang prices ($50-$60) to UK, that works out around the same if not more doesn't it? cd-wow.com, dvd.co.uk and choicesdirect.com are also worth a look.
