Fix for SPV powering up problems

Hi, i ran my battery down to nothing and then it wouldnt charge properly via usb, bassicly you charge the phone with no battery for around 40 seconds, then add the battery whilst its charging, then it will start charging properly, i thought my phone was a paper wight but no! try it it might work! cheers
