sms plugin with background option

I'm looking for a plugin that gives the same feature as the missed calls plugin.

Does it exist?

If I don't have a new sms, it's "invisible"

and if I have one or more, the plugin appears on the homescreen

(with background and/or added icon option),

I don't even have to know how many new sms I have (but it would be fun)

and I certainly don't need a feature like the "sms notify tool" that also shows the content of the new sms.

anybody knows if it exists (i didn't see it in the plugin thread)

OR if someone is working on it?

You can't do the invisible til you get a msg thing, but you can add background images to the default message plugin, and you could set the height to "0" on unselected, so it appears invisible until you select it.
