Copy and paste text

No, not really. The only form of copying and pasting I've come across is with file handling (ALL-Explorer) and when you save a number to a new contact.

I think someone has requested for this feature on the Wish List forum.

This has been mentioned in part of a post before

but I can't find it  must be tired ;)

From what I remember the idea was dropped as MS belive that there would be no use

having that feature as no-one would be entering that much text.

(just wait for a notepad app then you might need it)

How would you have it work ? what keys ?

i've thought about using the record button, you hold it and mark with the navigation thingy ?

Apprently M$ decided that copy and paste was against the "smartphone design ethos" (wonder if they use the Web Economy Bulls**t Generator? - empower scalable partnerships anyone? ;) ) and so they recommended that developers think hard as to whether their app needs it. Absolute pain I say - how do you quickly send someone a phone number in a text message?
