Guest witchnut Posted September 2, 2005 Report Posted September 2, 2005 Just thought I'd let you know of some excellent customer support: My Jabra BT250 casing cracked, approx 11 mon old, although it was still working at this point (not an isolated case if you search Google "Jabra + crack"). After some searching I found a contact e-amail address for their customer support ([email protected]). Within 24 hrs I received a reply e-mail expalining in detail what to do, and inside 5 days from posting the defective unit (including UK bank holiday) I received a brand new replacement. While we hear of poor support elsewhere, lets give credit to those companies who stand by their customers in this way. Witchnut
