Calendar events not syncing with Device

Hi All,

I feel like I am missing something real simple here. I just got this phone and have read every manual they have provided but can not figure out why all my info in Calendar in Outlook on the PC are not going to my device but anything I enter directly into the device does get updated on the PC. I did check the options menu and made sure it is updating all apoointments and that if there is a conflict between device and PC I tried both 'let PC overide' and 'leave unresolved'. HELP!!
