backing up contacts?

Do you currently use ActiveSync at all? If so, you could set it up to sync/back up your phone's contacts into Outlook.

Or have I missed something blindingly obvious?

Which phone do you have, and do you have Outlook/Outlook Express as your PC's main mail client, or do you only use webmail?

Remember that Outook 2002 comes with most smartphones. As silent.... points out - the SPV's automatically sync your contacts with outlook. If you're using a mac there is a prog that does it too but I can't remember its name.

I've not got then MPX but since it is a windows phone activesync should still be able to sync with outlook.

>>AznSolo - Let us know whether you own a Windows/Mac/Linux based system, which version of ActiveSync you have installed (open A/Sync, click Help, About M/Soft A/Sync), if its a Windows based PC, and again, if you have A/Sync, what boxes are ticked when you go to Tools, Options.

Just to double check, its the contacts from your Phone that you wish to bnack up, yeah?

Get yourself the Jeyo Mobile Companion. It`s a really cool piece of software.
