Is there an emulator for WindowsXP that I can use for developing homescreens and programs?

The only emulators I know of are the ones that you can get through Microsoft.com's Software Development Kits (SDK's). I've got one installed that allows me to use my Visual Studio to write smartphone stuff and then try it out on the 2003SE emulator.

Don't know if there's now one available with the C550's resolution, but then I don't actually know how to program in any language anyway so it was a bit of a wander down a dead end for me when I downloaded it! :o
