how do u install a theme downloaded from here?

Welcome to the site :(

There are a few different ways to install homescreens depending on the file format they are in.

Some are .cab files these can look like a zip file but do not unpack them as they will need installing.

Other homescreens can contain just the xml file and screen image. these can be placed directly in Storage\Application Data\Home
