You can only get it as part of an operator ROM.

The latest Orange update contains it.

Just remember it does a hard reset - make sure you've backed everything up!

I'm using an SPV C500 unlocked on the O2 network, does anybody know whether the applying the latest Orange ROM update will 'relock' the phone to the Orange network?

NO it's ok. The phone I have is on O2 and worked a treat. I have upgraded about 6 phones with no trouble.
