Bug: Character input incorrect in E-mail Server Setup

SYMPTOM:

In the setup screens for e-mail, enter your mail server and then go back to somewhere in the middle of that line, and try to insert a character (by holding down the # key and choosing it).

The inserted character goes to the end, not where you chose to insert it.
