did a hard reset on mpx 200

i did a hard reset on my mpx 200 and now a couple apps are missing from list but honestly all i think that is missing that i actually used is filemanager. so how do i go about getting it back?

If you have not played around with roms etc, the app should be on the cd that came with the phone.

I prefer Smart Explorer from www.binarys.com as it's more user friendly.
