XDA II Mini Help

Hello all

Just joined the club having taken delivery of an XDA II Mini a few months ago. I've become very frustrated with the product and here's why:

I'm trying to find out if there's some freeware or PC based s/w that will enable me to edit & manage my contacts on my XDA II Mini. I don't want to sync the device with Outlook as I've got hundreds of business and other contacts in Outlook that aren't relevant to my phone.

Also when I add a name it saves it: Pound, Nick - rather than: Nick Pound

So when I come to send a SMS I have to edit the name and remove the ',' before I can send.

Its very very frustrating and any help would be appreciated.
