Please HELP ME ! C500 TROUBLE!

Hello at all, I'm new and this web site is absolutely good !!!!

I have a trouble with my SPV C500... it is freezed !!! I was listening some mod, xm file with SmartAmp (arghh), when the display phone became black. Now when i turn on the phone I can see only the orange logo hour after hour...

I know I can do an Hard reset but I want NOT lose all my data included my Rome photo.... What i can do to restore storage memory files ??? can i do simply an soft reset with any button ??'

In the bad case I have an orange.ch last rom, can i flash with the latest orange UK or French ROM ???

PLEASE HELP ME !!! :cry: :cry: :roll: :roll: :shock:

Unfortunately if you are stuck on the bootup screen then your only option will be to do a hard reset.
