i'm not tech savvy, and i don't know much about my smart amazing phone other than the basics.

recently, my phone's volume adjustment keeps appearing on screen, it's just impossible for me to write any SMS, open folders or do ANYTHING at all!

what is wrong? if anybody here has had the same problem and knows the solution, please share. i'd be most appreciative. and please, in simple, dummy terms....(~:"

Sounds like the volume button is sticking.

Is the volume only moving ion one direction? ie volume up or Down?

it does seem like it. the volume bar(?) is always up/full. whenever i try to move it down, it goes back to full right away.

what can i do about it? thanks for the reply, by the way.
