MPX200 problem

Right-last night knowing my mpx200 had a bar of battery strength left-woke up this morning and it had died-hardly surprising really! :o

So i went and put the phone on charge-after half an hour I went and turned the phone on-and heres the problem.

It powers up to the hello moto logo set on the flower but doesnt go ast that and wont turn off.

Pls pls pls can you help me-it wont power up fully and wont shut down-I have removed the battery and tried again and its persistantly doing this-any ideas?

Two things to try;

1, Power off the phone then press and hold the Blue button then power on. Once the phone starts you should see the message Master Reset with the options Yes and No. Select No and see if the phone starts to boot.

2, Same as above but select Yes, this will reset the phone and you will need to reinstall your applications and resync your contacts etc again.
