Outlook on Windows Mobile problem

Hi,

I've just got an Orange M500. I've synced it with my desktop and it downloaded all my inbox and sent items folders correctly. I want my two e-mail accounts (different domains, albeit on the same pop3 server) to come into my inbox as it does on my desktop. Can I do this? If so, how? If not, what is the best alternative?

Also, I accidentally created an e-mail account on the M500 - how can I delete it?
