Mini SD card problem on SDA

Hello,

I have a 512mb mini sd card in my sda and i actually installed some programs on it. But I recently converted some movies to be copied to my mini card via active sync. the size of the file is about 75mb. But the phone stop responding everytime am copying the file and active sync stop responding as well, so i had to reboot to phone in order to start again, after about three more tries i gave up, but iwas actually able to copy a file of 55mb sucessfully to the mini card.

Alternatively i took out the mini sd card to use a sd card adapter to copy the file then insert the card to my phone, after which all the program i installed on the phone stop responding.

please advise me, is it wrong to take out the mini sd card after installing on it.?

Sounds like you need to format the card, I had to do this recently as I had a corrupted file which was causing all sorts of problems.

As for removing the card, I do it all the time and swap cards between phones whenever I test any applications.

i have actually formated the card but i keep having the same problem.
