Guest afhstingray Posted September 7, 2005 Report Posted September 7, 2005 The power button on my C500 fell off, and i claimed it under orange care. They were supposed to deliver my phone between 6-10pm tonight but no courier came. There are 5 of us in this house, and not one of us heard a knock or a bell ring. I call at 2115 and they say wait another 45 mins... i call at 2230, and they tell me the delivery was not successful because when the courier came the handset was not available for collection so they couldnt pass me the replacement. Apparently they came at 1915.. we were all downstairs at that time and for sure no one came. NOW they want to CHARGE ME 13 pounds for something that is NOT MY FAULT!!!!!!!! I feel like reporting them. Who do i report them to? This is so frustrating.....i've had billing problems with them all year. I even almost got into trouble with my bank when they overcharged me and drained my account. (im a student so my account is always borderline :o) ARgggHHhh
