CleanW.exe error

I occasionally have a problem where the phone part of my MDA stops responding. Although it's showing signal, people who try ring me go through to voice mail.

I just tried to send a text message; it just sat in my out box. So i thought i'd phone myself from the office and see if anything would happen....i just got voice mail. So i tried to dial out on my phone, it didn't connect or ring, it just sat there with the little call icon being displayed in the task bar at the top.r

I tried pushing hang up, hitting the power button and nothing. So i went for the reset.

When it booted back up i had a message saying that there was an error with CleanW.exe and then 8 lines or so of code underneath it. It asked me for my pin as usaully then came on fine and seems to be ok now.

So what the hell is going on?!
