ActiveSync Problem (MPx220)

When I connect my phone to my pc & start to sync everything sync's appart from my Inbox(and other messages)

It comes up with a message saying that I have 2 partnerships (which i have work & home) and that i nedd to remove 1

But how do i remove a partnership???
