back button crazy

I have a question, I have i problem with the back button in my Qtek8080, when i press one time, the button still pressed, but is not a mechanical problem i check, so there ant kind of modfication in the registry to solve the problem

I don't know of a registry adjustment but you could try the hard reset procedure.

thanks but I have just make the hardware reset, but nothing after 2 time come back the problem
