Sending Bluetooth Files on C550

Please can anyone tell me whether its possible (and if so how) to send files on my C550 via bluetooth instead of poxy infra-red?

And if you cannot is there any software that can be downloaded to enable this feature. Seems beyond belief if it isn't an option as virtually every other phone I have seen can do this.

You CAN send files by BT. Like the other SPV's, select from the menu list (or maybe depending which menu you're in). Unlike the other SPV's (don't know about the 500) the menu then looks for BT devices in range. This can take a little time in my experience, initially showing a string of letters/numbers which eventually translates into the device's name. Select the device of choice and press . Hey-presto, job done.

This can also be done from File Manager but Contacts and pics go more easily from their own menus.
