Guest dan Posted September 9, 2005 Report Posted September 9, 2005 Anyone else having problems with Backup/Restore? I received a new handset to replace my SPV C500 but it won't restore my data. I signed in and hit restore. For some reason, the four boxes are not ticked and there is no option to tick them. The program dials, says it is sending a request but then says "network error has occurred". Help! I need my data back! Could the settings on the phone be incorrect? I have been trying since yesterday lunchtime. Help would be appreciated. Cheers Dan
