Voice Command how to start like fonix voice dial

Voice dial in theory is nice but i can't get it to work accuratly unless i'm in a quiet area.

i also like just pressing it on and being able to dial without having to enter my password and unlocking the keys.

is there anyway to do this with ms voice command, so that if the device is in standby, i press the power button and then press the record button and the program starts?

I am using MVC and that is exactly what I do, it works amazingly well, only I use the contact button. I use it in my car with tons of road noise and I have no problems at all.

but how do i get it to run by one press when the device is password protected?
