mda compact turning off?

mda compact keeps going dead, get going with charger after few seconds and a hard reset has hapend. sent to htc for repair twice and they say thay have replaced the board but still doing it. any ideas anyone :cry:

The phone resets when it runs completely flat, so it's a battery/charging/drain issue I would imagine

If you have access to another battery you could try swapping them over. Try another charger maybe.

Failing that take it back and get it swapped, you don't want that problem when it's out of warranty

thats the only thing i can thick of i'm going to buy another battery if fails again i'm going to send back and ask for replacement, but even if the battery and the back up battery goes flat it still should not hard reset, charged my c500 after leaving on unused for a month and info. is all still there. :??:

Unfortunatly the MDA compact is a Pocket PC Device and unlike smartphones when the batery goes flat they lose everything :cry:
