smt-5600 transfer old stuff to new phone

i just got a new smt5600 as a replacement for one with a cracked screen. is there any way to transfer everything i had in storage on my old phone - especially programs - to my new one? sprite backup maybe? how about just the contacts, is there a specic contacts folder or file that i can just copy, paste, and restart? thanks
