Budget New Smartphone?

Hi everyone =D

I was wondering if anyone could suggust some smartphones for me. I have pretty much settled on getting a windows smartphone, but I want to know which specifc phone would be good for me.

Im currently on my second cellphone, from a t226 to a t610. I was impressed with the added functionality of the t610 when I got it, and hope to get a similar leap from buying a smartphone

So anyways, I am going to be buying my next phone in December, and I was hoping I could get recommendations for specific phones for a user who is going to often watch movies / play games / use map programs on the phone, and browse the internet through a bluetooth connection, if possible.

I have looked around my area (Toronto, Ontario) and the cheapest I have seen smartphones go for is $400 cdn. Any hints on where I could find a better deal on these phones?
