Problem using WiRun

When I double click the "wiRun Istall.exe" it appears on my screan :The application failed initialize properly...and after this will close.

Could somboby help me to run this app or is there another, better that helps me to customize my phone's start menu?

You need Microsoft.NET v1.1 installed on your machine first.

Another option to try is AbstractStart:

Hmm still not working but eniway, ...\Framework\v1.1.4322\mscorwks.dll could not be loaded... :|
